Saturday 18 February 2012, 1300 - 1800, High Wycombe Judo Centre - Main Gym
This 5 hour training session will incorporate standard drills, plus multiple armoured simulations and video feedback. The idea is to cover material that we cannot cover so easily in a regular class and give people far more experience in simulated events. There will be formal debriefs on performance throughout the session. The cost for this five hour training session is only £30.
