    WHAT IS TRAINING LIKE?

DART martial arts classes in High Wycombe and the Princes Risborough area are small, friendly and fun. The majority of our martial arts training involves paired exercises, and each team of students are coached at a pace appropriate to their own training needs. Students learn top quality self protection tactics, practise effective self defence drills with partners, and get the opportunity to test themselves under pressure using specialised protective clothing.

With our effective self defence training students also learn confrontation management skills and strategies for armed assaults and robberies. When students are ready, volunteers can choose to develop their skills further using advanced body armour for protection.
