DART holds regular self protection classes at the High Wycombe Judo Centre. These martial arts classes in High Wycombe form part of DART's UK Personal Safety Training programme. DART holds Self Protection and Self Defence classes at the High Wycombe Judo Centre due to its excellent facilities, including the mirrored training room, ample parking, male and female changing facilities, and a bar for post training socialising. SELF PROTECTION CLASS TIMINGS:
Occasional Tuesdays, two Saturdays or Sundays a month by prior arrangement (there are limited places in each class). These classes are two to three hours long (one hour on Tuesday evenings). They are open both to those who wish to train regularly in DART and those who only want high quality self protection training to supplement their existing martial arts studies. COSTS:
Juniors, Full time Students & Senior Citizens: £8 for two hours (£12 for 3 hours, £5 for one hour),
Seniors: £10 for two hours (£15 for 3 hours, £6 for one hour).

The High Wycombe Judo Centre is situated near the Handy Cross roundabout in High Wycombe. There is ample parking for vehicles, and easy access via taxi or bus from Wycombe station. With easy road access from the A404 (Marlow and Amersham), A4010 (Aylesbury Road), and the M40, these self defence classes are extremely convenient for anyone living in the surrounding villages of Hazlemere, Penn, Prestwood, Speen, Naphill, Walters Ash, Hughenden Valley, Great Missenden, Saunderton and Princes Risborough as well as Amersham, Marlow, Reading and Beaconsfield.
